Load‑Out Ledger

Terms

Terms of use

  • Load-Out Ledger is a calculator. Its results are only as good as the numbers you type. It is not a contract, legal, tax or accounting advice; get your deal in writing with the venue or host.
  • We sell no tickets, take no payments for gigs and hold no gig money.
  • Keep your links private. Anyone who has a link can read and change that sheet or book. We cannot recover a lost link.
  • Do not use the site to store anything other than gig plans, or to overload it.
  • Paid plans (when payments open): monthly or yearly until you cancel; the Show Pass is one payment for 7 days. Prices are as shown on the pricing page. During preview nothing is charged.
  • The service is provided as is. We may change or end it; if we end it we will give notice on the site first.
  • Not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any band named All Souled Out, All Soul’d Out, Soul’d Out or Souled Out, or any venue, promoter or ticketing company. Run by WeldonPC.com; not a nonprofit.
